A little bit of redemption

After my goofy stamp debacle (see "Doh! & Duh!!!" post below), it felt good to finish up my plates for the Community Blood Center this morning. I was able to quickly remake some stamps, fire them and get them out this morning to use. They wanted me to work in my normal style, just basically sneaking in their logo as part of the design. I'm pretty happey with how they came out.
I guess plates have been on my brain lately, because as I looked around my studio, I had several other shelves with various plates on them. Maybe I've been craving sandwiches or cake!

Those all look great Amy. I am firing some earthenware tonight so we'll see how that goes. Glazing was a challenge for me today. Check out Ayumi's site when you can, she has some new pots up for sale, her prices have gone up again too. She must be doing pretty good.

I'd say a LOT of redemption. The plates are fantastic. You've taken the logo and integrated it so organically in each plate! The plates are wonderful!

Now go indulge your cravings! Eat some cake!

Howdy Amy. I like your earthenware plates. Your studio too. I want to see more pics of the studio and interior space. When we left NC, y'all were still workin' on it. I'm thinking about jumping on the blog bandwagon. Been checking yours and Philbecks. I'm afraid that my blog might end up being a biyearly publication, tho. Alright....

Hey Niel! Great to here from you. Yeah, I'm not too good at posting regularly like our good friend Ron. Maybe yours could be monthly- it's good to have a small goal...
